Premiere Builders, Inc. is looking for a hands-on Residential Lead Carpenter to support our jobsites and field crews. This role is for someone who works in the field every day, keeps laborers productive, maintains an organized jobsite, and adapts to the needs of each project. This position works closely with the Project Manager but is not responsible for overall project management. Every job is different, and flexibility is key.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on construction work as needed
• Lead and keep laborers productive throughout the day
• Teach and guide laborers on proper methods and expectations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Adjust daily tasks based on job phase and jobsite needs
• Communicate jobsite needs and issues to the Project Manager
• Support subcontractors on site as needed

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience required
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role
• Self-starter and ability to lead by example and teach others
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite flow
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to jump in where needed
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
